Mr Daymond brought his I200 in to me, after receiving an advisory on his MOT. The main concern was corrosion starting to show it's self on the rear sill section both sides.
These I removed by drilling out the spot welds, once the outer sill had been removed any rot in the inner sill was then cut out and replaced. The whole area was then treated with rust inhibitor and painted. A new sill section was welded in and protected with 2 coats of etch primmer, 2 coats of top coat, followed by 3 coats of stone chip.

The corrosion can be seen after cleaning down Spot welds removed
Inner sill Inner sill after repair and paint
New repair section Repair section welded in
Repair area finished and protected Nice factory look to finish
